Melissa's Last Couple of Days

Well, my sister and her husband moved to Williamsburg, Virgina last week. Tim, her husband left on Monday, so we had until Thursday to spend with her. Monday we had a little "good-bye" dinner for Tim and then Landon entertained us with his cute little guy basketball skills!! Tuesday I went and hung out at my parent's house, basically so that I could be around Melissa before she left. She decided that she wanted to go shopping. So just Melissa and I headed off to the Gateway. She really wanted to go to Forever 21. After a fun filled evening of shopping we went to my apartment. Koby made us dinner and we picked up some Smith's garlic bread. Spence came over and had a little something
to eat and then we played Apples-to-Apples.

Wednesday we went to the Living Aqurium in Sandy. It was a lot of fun. Ali and AJ really liked being there and it was really fun to hear Landon say "fish"! Landon really like driving the pretend boat that they have there. After that we met the rest of the family at Leatherby's. Melissa abolutely loves Leatherby's. That's where she wanted to go for her last dinner in Utah. After wards she wanted to do a little more shopping, but this time for dress pants. We went over the Lindy's after that so Melissa could spend some more time with Lindy and the boys before she left. We played with the boys for a little bit and then "helpped" give them a bath.

It was so hard to watch her say good-bye to them. Kids change so much especially at this age. Just a side note Landon took the picture of Melissa and Lindy. :)

The next day I took them to the airport. We didn't really have time to say good-bye because she was running a little late. It was hard not to cry my eyes out on the way home, but I had already done that on Sunday night.

This is Melissa and I at the airport right before I had to drive away. I slept over at my parent's house and didn't have any of my make up or anything, so don't judge me!!:)

We are so proud of Melissa and Tim and hope the best for them! They will bring so much to Virgina, they won't know what hit them!!!
